Priorities

The Foxwynd Foundation endeavors to enact impactful change on a national scale, focusing on healthcare, housing, and sustainable environmental initiatives. At the heart of our mission and efforts lie our grantees and partners, who form the bedrock of our collaborative approach. By working in tandem with our partners, we maximize our effectiveness and strive to realize the collective impact we envision. The attainment of our goals is contingent upon various factors, chief among them being the caliber of our partnerships.

While the foundation endeavors to assist numerous programs, priority is granted to those capable of leveraging donations through matching gifts. The foundation allocates its grants on a rolling basis to 501(c)(3) organizations and other tax-exempt entities identified by our staff. We are currently prioritizing funding request from the Greater Philadelphia area, however we are accepting national requests as well.

Environmental Sustainability

We are committed to supporting environmental preservation through programs that deliver tangible impact. Our focus includes initiatives promoting wind and solar energy, advancing recycling efforts, conserving wildlife, protecting endangered species, safeguarding animals—particularly dogs and cats—and addressing ecological concerns such as deforestation.

Healthcare

We support programs dedicated to assisting domestic violence victims, abuse survivors, and the protection of women's rights. Our funding also extends to initiatives addressing food insecurity, providing medical debt relief, enabling extended hospital stays for children, and supplying medical equipment to underserved regions with low- to moderate-income populations. Additionally, we prioritize aiding survivors of human trafficking and torture, ensuring they receive the care and resources necessary for recovery and empowerment.

Housing

We are committed to funding established programs that address critical needs, including supporting shelters, preventing homelessness—particularly among children through initiatives such as orphanages—providing or establishing housing facilities, offering housing assistance to prevent eviction, and creating employment opportunities for individuals in need. Our focus is on serving low- to moderate-income populations, with particular attention to those classified as ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed).
